JUDDMONTE INTERNATIONAL STAKES SECURES GLOBAL RECOGNITION IN 140 COUNTRIES AND 37 BROADCASTERS

This week’s £6.8m Sky Bet Ebor Festival will be available to watch in 140 countries this week via a record total of 37 broadcasters.

York racecourse, working with Racecourse Media Group and its appointed distribution agency, HBA Media, have secured the likes of US network Fox Sports, SportsNet in Canada, ESPN and Disney + in South America and Caribbean, and SuperSport in Africa.

The presence of Durezza in the feature £1.25m Juddmonte International Stakes has ensured coverage via the country’s dedicated horseracing channel, Green Channel, and, with the first three days of the Festival open for betting via the World Pool, Hong Kong will be served by HKJC TV, Cable TV, Now TV and TVB.

NTV and Transvision will air action to its audiences in Mongolia and Indonesia for the first time, while Australia will be well catered for by Sky Thoroughbred Racing Central and racing.com, the Middle East via Dubai Racing Channel, India through Sony Pictures, while Europe will be covered by the likes of Setanta, Viaplay, Polsat and Eurovision.

Wednesday’s coverage is also available to view on selected cruise ships via Anuvu. Closer to home, ITV, Virgin Media and Racing TV will broadcast from the track in UK and Ireland.

The Sky Bet Ebor Festival is a feature of the Crown Jewels Racing (CJR) broadcast package, which showcases 18 of the best horseracing events in the world, all evenly spaced throughout the year. Broadcasters can elect to take the full world feed (produced by ITV) or the CJR ‘Golden Hour’ (produced by ITV, Racecourse Media Group and HBA Media) around the Group 1 Juddmonte International Stakes on Wednesday 21st August (3pm to 4pm BST). The CJR promo can be viewed here and the CJR Fantasy game is free to play at https://fantasy.crownjewelsracing.com.
